Save Lives in Somalia

Years of food insecurity, draught, famine and armed violence has left Somalia in a critical state. Families are unsure where their next meal will be coming from and children suffer with empty stomachs, with many Somalians relying solely on humanitarian aid to eat each month.

3.2 Million people struggle daily here to meet their basic nutritional needs and nearly 1 million Somalian children under the age of 5 are malnourished. The country is facing severe hunger and without aid Somalia’s famine could be responsible for countless deaths.

Our volunteers on the ground are tirelessly delivering food packs to vulnerable Somalian families to help them fight the effects of hunger and malnutrition. Our food packs contain vital items that will help families sustain themselves and their children, such as sugar, rice, flour, pasta, milk powder and more.
