People living in rural Uganda are the most vulnerable when it comes to having access to clean drinking water. Help our Ugandan brothers and sisters get reliable access to safe, clean water; donate today.
We’re bringing clean water to Uganda with our Water Sanitation and Health projects taking place throughout the country. Our teams in Uganda are ensuring that communities are given access to safe, reliable sources of water by revitalising old water pumps, as well as installing new water pumps, in mosques, schools and other community institutions.
Ugandan Water Relief
Our WASH project has brought safe water to thousands of people in Uganda and rejuvenated entire communities, Alhamdulillah. We have provided access to fresh water for wudhu, ablutions, in numerous village mosques and supplied two primary and secondary schools with safe drinking water for all their students.
By making a £25 donation to our Uganda WASH project, you’ll be making sure more of your brothers and sisters in Africa are given the clean drinking water they need.

WATER SANITATION AND HEALTH IN UGANDA
People living in rural Uganda are the most vulnerable when it comes to having access to clean drinking water. The country is filled with swampland but this water is undrinkable and though there are bodies of fresh water throughout landlocked Uganda, they are not always accessible to everyone.
Due to high usage and demand, many fresh water wells and hand pumps in rural areas can become damaged or unusable if not properly maintained. This project not only provides entire communities with wells to give them access to safe, clean water, but also teaches people about the importance of personal hygiene. With fresh water to drink and wash with these communities gain an improved quality of life, allowing them to be happy, healthy and hydrated!
A small donation of £25 will help communities in Uganda gain reliable access to clean water. You can help restore and install water pumps in struggling villages by donating to our Uganda Water Aid appeal today, and give the Ugandan people the precious gift of water.
