WINTER IN PALESTINE
1 in every 4 Palestinians have been forced to flee their homes.
That means that millions are living in sub-standard accommodation, with no heating or running water. Many areas, especially Gaza, face power cuts of up to 12 hours a day. During the winter, this lack of basic power and heating can be fatal for the elderly, the disabled and children.
Our teams work tirelessly, delivering winter kits including warm clothing and blankets during the bitter, cold months. We have given winter kits to almost 3,000 school children in Palestine thanks to your support, so that they can stay healthy and happy every winter.
