At heart, SKT Welfare are a group of compassionate, honest and hard-working humanitarians. We believe that everyone - no matter their race, religion or gender - deserves a chance at a happy, fulfilling life.
Over the past decade, we have provided urgent aid and sustainable relief to millions of disadvantaged people across the globe. Our projects focus on emergency relief, food, water, healthcare, education, orphan care and seasonal aid, such as winter emergency response and Qurbani donations. We serve some of the most vulnerable people in the world; those affected - through no fault of their own - by conflict, poverty and natural disasters.
Our guiding vision is of a world where everyone is cared for, and able to live a sustainable life, free from extreme poverty. As an Islamic charity, we are led by an unshakeable faith and a strong desire to help the most vulnerable, following in the footsteps of the Prophet (saw).

We’re an Islamic charity, which means that we believe in complete honesty and transparency. Our aim is to do good - nothing more, nothing less. That means using your hard-earned money in the best possible ways, to make change and save lives across the world.
We’re a Muslim charity based in the UK, with a 100% Donation Policy - so, every penny of your donation goes straight towards helping people, every single time you donate.
All our overhead costs - like bills and salaries - are covered either by direct donations or through Gift Aid. This policy sets us apart from most charities, and is the guiding principle of our organisation.
We make sure to do all the work ourselves! We never outsource work to other agencies; we take complete ownership of delivering aid and fulfilling our projects with absolute transparency and integrity. All our work is carried out by experienced, committed volunteers and overseen by expert trustees with professional, management and charity sector experience.
We do all this to make sure that we are serving disadvantaged people to the best of our abilities, and that we don’t waste a single penny of your donations.
